Magic Glass

We had exceptional service at Magic Glass in Champaign. The windshield of my Jaguar sedan had to be replaced because of a crack. The company obtained a windshield from their supplier, but within minutes called us back because there was a very minor variation from the original windshield and the technician wanted us to know. He thought that windshield would not look as good as the original. We appreciated his discernment. With the help of the company’s insurance specialist, we were able to obtain an OEM windshield and have it fully paid for by our auto insurance. Magic Glass also installed new wipers. In all our interactions, the office staff and the technicians were professional and friendly. We consider ourselves immensely lucky to have chosen Magic Glass for the work.

Very fast and friendly service. Came to my work and put in a whole new windshield. Excellent communication with letting me know all the info I needed from start to finish. It went very smooth with having an insurance claim as well, they took care of communication and filing the claim w/my insurance company. Highly recommend! If I ever need glass work on my vehicle again, I will be calling them!

Jess was amazing to work with in scheduling our vehice for a new windshield. The work was done in one morning. Terry did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend this company. I appreciate that there were no hidden extras in the quote.

I spoke with three people at Magic Glass and all were friendly and informative. A claim representative from Magic Glass called me to work with my auto insurance company. They were able to get the repair scheduled quickly and the technician called when he was there n his way. The spot is less noticeable now than when it first happened. I am very pleased with the repair.

Nothing but an incredible experience. They got me in quick with the lowest price. When you call, somebody actually answers the phone and is polite, thorough, and knowledgable. They got my car in for a side window replacement the very next day and allowed me to drop-off a day early and pickup whenever was convenient for me. The quote they gave me was less than other repair places and still after all the work was finished, the cost was much lower than the original quote! And my window looks great. Lovely staff. Lovely office. I hope I never need glass repaired again but if I do- I know where I am going.
